We recently collected two of our home reared beef carcasses from Euro Farm Foods, located just 15 minutes from our farm.

The beef has already been dry aged for over two weeks and will continue hanging in our cold room for a further two weeks to ensure exceptional flavour and tenderness. Once ready, we will break down the full carcass in house, carefully boning and rolling our roasts and preparing our steaks fresh for the counter.

If you would like a specific cut kept on the bone, simply let us know and we will hang it back to your preference.

The key to our award winning beef is simple -
