''Hello Dromod Boxty Ireland. A week and a bit ago I returned from a delightful holiday on the West Coast of Ireland and it was my 4th holiday on the West Coast of Ireland over the past few years. This time around I stayed in Sligo and Westport and visited some lovely places that surround those delightful areas. And yes over here in England I love Potato Cakes, however though when I was in Ireland this time around and when I have been there before, I have had your beautiful and incredibly tasty Potato Cakes and Boxty. In fact the other day I had some Boxty which I had for dinner, cooked it and put some lovely Beetroot, Quinoa and Feta Cheese Salad on it, and I dare say but it was perhaps one of the most delicious dinners that I have ever had, quite literally!

We brought our PROTEIN PANCAKES to the League of Ireland under 17s football final yesterday in Athlone for some of the boys of Shelbourne FC to try!! Great game lads sorry you didn't get the win (Shamrock Rovers 4 - Shelbourne FC 2) but we hope you're enjoying a winning breakfast this morning!!
