We’ve created an easy recipe using chicken from our offer display 2 for €11 or 4 for €20
🌿🍋 Easy Spring–Summer Lemon Chicken Tray Bake
Ingredients
• 4 chicken breasts
• 500g baby potatoes, halved
• 1 bunch asparagus
• 150g peas
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 1 tsp mixed herbs
• Salt & pepper
Method
1️⃣ Heat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
2️⃣ Place chicken and potatoes on a tray. Drizzle with oil, herbs, salt & pepper. Top with lemon slices.
3️⃣ Roast for 25 mins.
4️⃣ Add asparagus and peas. Roast 10–15 mins more until chicken is cooked through.
5️⃣ Serve with the lemony tray juices.
✨ Fresh, seasonal, and all made in one tray!
