We have been hard at work for the last few weeks preparing ingredients for our sourdough Stollen. This is a traditional German christmas bread filled with wh**ky soaked fruit, candied lemon and orange peel and homemade marzipan. We make all of our candied peel in-house as it's infinity better than what's available commercially.

If you'd like to secure a loaf for Christmas then order at our shop today or tomorrow!
