Here at East Ferry Farm we specialise in Chicken, Free Range Turkey, Geese, Farm Fresh Duck & Eggs. Our top quality Irish free range poultry is reared on our family farm in the traditional way. As a family we have been breeding quality poultry in East Cork for generations. All our free range turkey, geese and chickens are housed in mobile houses allowing the poultry to move freely from field to ho

use. All this fresh air and exercise develops firm texture and a fuller flavour, when the bird eventually reaches the table. East Ferry wants our free range chickens and turkeys not just to taste good, but also to be affordable for families
Our birds are given free access to our rich pastureland and are able to graze, bathe and dig in a natural way. As well as pecking on the grass they are fed on the highest quality 80% cereal diets. All these conditions contribute to top quality meat texture, flavour and moisture making our Free Range Chicken as flavoursome as possible.

Thank you so much to everyone who entered our annual Christmas competition! We’re delighted to announce that this year’s winner is Mary Morey, who has won a fabulous East Ferry Farm Turkey. Mary kindly nominated Kindness Krew Cork as her chosen charity, who will now receive a €200 donation.

Kindness Krew is a group of caring individuals who help those struggling with homelessness, addiction, and mental health in Cork City.
