Award winning burgers and sausages made from the best quality meat. Home made black and white pudding from our own secret recipes. We produce our own beef dripping which is 100% natural, just perfect for all types of cooking, ideal for chips. EU approved abattoir on site give us the unique ability to know exactly what type of meat we sell to our customers. All the animals slaughtered are either sourced from our Family farm or the local mart or farmers. We age our meat by hanging it on the bone for a number of weeks in our cold rooms, which allows the meat to tenderise naturally. We source as many local products as we can including honey, potatoes and a selection of vegetables.
