and an Off Licence Department. We also have Online Shopping Service where you can have your shopping Delivered to your door or Pickup in store. We also offer Home Delivery Service

A must try! Juicy lamb burgers, creamy feta, fresh herbs and all the flavour of summer in every bite. 🍔✨
Made with SuperValu Signature Tastes ingredients, this is the burger you'll be making all season long.

Ingredients:
1 pack SuperValu Signature Tastes Gourmet Lamb Burgers
SuperValu Olive Oil
Tzatziki
100ml Plain yogurt
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
½ Lemon, juiced
1 Cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
Garnish
100g Feta cheese, crumbled
1 head SuperValu baby gem lettuce, leaves separated
2 SuperValu beef tomatoes, sliced
4 Brioche or sourdough buns

Method:
Tzatziki: Combine all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Drizzle burgers with SuperValu olive oil. Sear on a hot barbecue until browned on each side. Move to a cooler part of the barbecue.
Top with tomato and feta. Close the barbecue lid to melt the cheese.
Toast the buns. Fill with baby gem leaves, a generous dollop of tzatziki, and the cooked lamb burgers.

A comforting classic with a bold twist. 🍝
Penne Puttanesca - simple ingredients, seriously good flavour. ✨

Ingredients:
400g Rummo rigatoni pasta
60ml SuperValu olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 salted anchovies
2 pinches chilli flakes
1 tbsp capers
12 black olives, pitted and chopped
1 tin chopped SuperValu tomatoes
50g grated parmesan

Method:
Cook pasta al dente.
Sauté the garlic in olive oil. Add the chilli and anchovies.
Add tomatoes, and cook for 7-8 minutes.
Add olives, then toss pasta with sauce and serve with parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil.
