🥩 FROM OUR FARM TO YOUR TABLE 🥩

This week’s beef are Black Angus heifers, reared on our own Bord Bia approved farm at Kylenagranagh. 🐂🌱

They were slaughtered last Monday and are now hanging in our cold room, where they’ll be allowed to mature slowly and naturally.

👉 Dry aged for a minimum of 21 days before they reach our counter.

That extra time is all about developing tenderness, flavour and quality.

Reared by us. Aged by us. Butchered by us.
