Oven roasted turkey crown and ham joint cooked to perfection 😎 along with mashed carrot + parsnip, braised red cabbage, pan-fried sprouts, a generous portion of mashed spuds, goose fat roastie, soaked in turkey jus and not forgetting the yummy cranberry sauce. Doesn’t get much better than that!! 🎅🏼
