Nenagh where he has developed a quality fresh meat retail outlet, based on his experience and commitment to high standards, quality product, customer care and marketing. Greg’s success in this shop is his emphasis on the careful selection of quality product from reputable suppliers, and processed to a high standard
of quality, hygiene and service from quality staff. In 2008 Greg and Nuala decided to develop an opportunity at Castle St. Birr (previously Carroll’s Butchers) and in so doing introduced a delicatessen along with a Butcher shop and Fresh home Baking every day of bread, scones and a wide selection of confectionery and freshly prepared salads. The traditional qualities of butchering is alive and well at Hanlon’s, with daily manufacturing of pork sausages and speciality sausage e.g. pork and chive, Cumberland, garlic and herb and chilli sausage along with traditional dry cured bacon. Hanlon’s have a modern high quality shop with a wide selection of meats, value added products and convenience food to cater for customers with a busy lifestyle. Greg and the staff are always available to you the customer for advice on selection of product and cooking ideas. The shop is maintained to a very high standard with innovative displays that enhance the appeal of Kenyon Street shop as a retail experience.
