Well, never being afraid to highlight the issues, and FB has us so locked down, only a hand full of people will see this anyways 🤣. The consultation in Ireland is now closed on the debate of synthetic folic acid being added to Irish flour. Uk have done it so anyone buying produce from that big T will already be consuming it in breads, pizzas, cakes etc... we sell folic acid free strong flour... no one buys it as the UK organic flour is cheaper (strange that) ... your choice. BUT its interesting what is hidden in this HSE current document about folic acid, b12, tumors etc... its a short read... as always do your homework then make a decision... personally I would say if I need to take an additive I can be prescribed it if required, so why should the Irish population be "mandated" to taking something by adding it to flour ... the floor is yours to agree or argue (a bit like the bovear situation hey!)

What a noisey, sawdust day... day 8 we took 20 foot of these trees... day 1200 and our tree surgeons said.. umm... they are growing back 7 foot a year... we had gained 20 plus feet in 3 years... back to day 8 plus more... so they had to come down... day 1205 ...all customers today were amazed at the tree surgeons work as they could not be "dropped" they had to come down, ring my ring... thank you guys, you did a fabulous job and the tunnel is completely intact. . Amazing work... light now pouring in... but the noise was worse than a ZZ top concert at full pelt 😆 and we got a fabulous chair to sit in to look over the valley ❤️

What a lovely day yesterday. We learnt so much about Lyme's disease from a recovering sufferer, a huge conversation on generator voltage surge protection and a debate if garlic should be sown on the shortest day, and picked on the longest day... boy we cover some topics while drinking our coffee. Thank you everyone who called, then I saw these reviews... says it all really. ❤️

F12PY11… morning folks, open today 10am. Beautiful morning up on the hill. We have a new seating arrangement for you all to sit with your (free) tea and coffee for the chat. Hope it works and keeps us warmer as the chill gets in the air. Huge changes up here in a week, and another massive change hopefully in next 10 days. The roof is on that building now at last… 18 months after that storm…Door arriving Friday, still need a window… then that “be prepared” booklet drops through the door… really!!! 18 months rebuilding is nearly (nearly) at an end thank goodness… come and have a nosey and let’s talk. … and BeMac is back for our entertainment ❤️

Morning. Wow what a fabulous weekend. We spent Saturday in Castlebar surrounded with the most positive people I have met in a long time… ooozing love, positivity, kindness… such high octane energy… Sunday opening was lovely too, but we also got a massive job done, you will see it next week… boy it took some doing and only half finished. I hate it, John loves it 🤷🏼‍♀️ to then wake up to the news from Blighty that DNA modified, disease resistant , seedless, potatoes, strawberries and tomatoes will be entering the UK market soon… 🤔 not too sure about that, and if they do, how will we know… no seeds, means no follow on growing… think we need to start a seed bank here asap…
