The Nyhan Family have been farming and butchering for four generations. Having started in West Cork in the early 1900s they eventually expanded with the purchase of Rostella Farm in Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath. Since then they have built up a large sheep and beef production enterprise. The Nyhan Brothers have been butchering in Dublin since 1977, beginning in Swords and later expanding to Dundrum. To

day they have three shops, one in the Square in Tallaght, one in Drundrum’s new town centre and most recently they opened their new shop in Frascati Centre, Blackrock. To this day the Nyhan Brothers continue to offer only the finest quality meat and meat products.
