Weโre into the second week of June already ๐ฑ
Although the weather begs to differ, weโre officially into the summer holiday period โ๏ธ
So ask yourselfโฆ
How have the first 5 months of the year gone?
Did you get those steps in like you said you would back in January? ๐ฃ
Did you make a start in the gym, or get out running/walking during the week? ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Do you feel better than you did at the start of the year?
Sometimes you have to be honest with yourself and ask:
Did I commit? Did I put in the time and effort? โฑ๏ธ
It doesnโt need to be hours every day. But you do need to commit to giving yourself a few hours each month that focus on YOU, YOUR goals and YOUR health.
Commit to your personal training sessions. Commit to your runs/walk. Commit to your yoga or pilates classes. Commit to your coach, your Strava/Runna programme, or whatever plan youโre following.
Commit......put in the effort, and youโll see the results ๐ช
