OUR HISTORY

When Mary Ann Molloy first opened the doors to Molloy’s Butchers in Waterford in 1932, we wonder did she realise the legacy she was creating? Now over 80 years later, and in our 4th generation of butchers, we continue to perfect the butchery skills, knowledge and expertise that Mary Ann passed on to our grandfather Larry Molloy, when she brought him into the business as a young man. A

s new generations of Molloys joined the business, we continued to grow and adapt to changing customer needs. We are now bringing our business to a national level through the launch of our e-commerce website.
