*દેશી ગાયનું વલોણાનું શુદ્ધ ઓર્ગેનિક ઘી*

*આજે જ તાજું બનીને નવી બેચ આવી છે.*

શહેરોમાં અને હવે તો ગામડાઓમાં પણ પહોંચતા દૂધ-ઘી મોટે ભાગે બાંધેલી અવસ્થામાં રહેતી ભેંસો કે હાઈબ્રીડ ગાયોના હોય છે. આવાં પશુઓ વધુને વધુ દૂધ આપે તે માટે રાસાયણિક ખાતરો અને ઝેરી જંતુનાશક દવાઓના વપરાશથી બનેલા ઓછા ભાવના ચારા, ભુસું, ખાણદાણ અને ઓક્સીટોસીન (હોર્મોન્સ) ના ઇન્જેક્શન છૂટથી વપરાતાં હોય છે. તંદુરસ્તી માટે જોખમી એવી આ ચીજોથી વારંવાર બિમાર થતા આવા પશુઓને અપાતાં દવા - ઈન્જેકશનના અંશ પણ તેમના દૂધ અને ઘીમાં થઈ આપ સૌ સુધી પહોંચે છે.

આજે કેન્સરથી લઈને બીજી અનેક બીમારીઓના મૂળમાં આહાર દ્વારા આપણાં શરીરમાં જતા અનેકવિધ હાનિકારક રસાયણો જ છે.

- ગાય દોહવા માટે કદીય ઓક્સીટોસીન જેવા હોર્મોન્સના ઇન્જેક્શનનો ઉપયોગ થતો નથી.

- ખાણદાણ કે ઘાસચરમાં જનીન રૂપાંતરિત (GMO) પદાર્થો વપરાતાં નથી.

- દહીં મેળવી, છાશ બનાવી, માખણ ઉતારીને પાકી તાવણીથી ઘી બનાવાય છે.

સર્વ પ્રકારના ઘીમાં ગાયનું ઘી શ્રેષ્ઠ છે. તેમાં પણ વિવિધ જાતના કુદરતી ઘાસચારા ચારનાર, છૂટથી ફરનાર, હેતાળ-માયાળુ દેશી ગાયોના આ રીતે બનાવેલા શુદ્ધ ઘીમાં અન્ય ઘીની સરખામણીમાં કેટલો ફરક હોઈ શકે તે આપ જાતે અજમાવીને અનુભવી શકો.

Organic Urad Papad
