Key Responsibilities:
✅ Appoint and manage distributors & dealers
✅ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
✅ Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional activities
✅ Develop strong relationships with retailers and farmers
✅ Monitor competitor activities and market trends
✅ Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments

Requirements:

✔ Graduate in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agri preferred) or relevant field
✔ 2–5 years of experience in agrochemical/agri-input sales
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Strong knowledge of crop protection products and local markets
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within Tripura
