Most chai masalas are brown, heavy on clove and pepper. This one's green, and that's the point ☕️

Pahadi chai comes from the hills, where the blend leans on fresh leaves as much as warm spices. Pudhina (mint) and tulsi go in alongside the usual elaichi, laung, and adrak and they're what give it that colour and lighter, fresher character🌱

It's slow work too: the leaves dried before grinding, the ginger sliced thin and sun-dried, everything brought together only at the end🤍
