According to a study conducted by the doctors of AIIMS who compared different oils including OLIVE oil found MUSTARD oil to be clear winner as it contains an ideal ratio of omega 3 & omega 6 fatty acids.

Mustard oil has been used in tha Indian subcontinent since centuries but due to these marketing campaigns by big companies, we ditched our traditional oil and started using refined oil.

Mustard oil has very high smoking point of 248 degree Celsius ideal for Indian style of cooking.

We are coming soon with a wide range of healthy cold pressed oil. Stay tuned.
