जामुन और हरड़-गुड़ का आयुर्वेद उपाय

जब जामुन का मौसम हो, तब रोजाना खाली पेट 200 से 300 ग्राम पके हुए जामुन खाने से जिगर (लीवर) की हर तरह की खराबी दूर होती है। इसके अलावा, अगर लीवर और तिल्ली (Spleen) दोनों बढ़ गए हों, तो डेढ़ ग्राम पुराना गुड़ और बराबर मात्रा में बड़ी (पीली) हरड़ के छिलके का चूर्ण मिलाकर एक गोली बना लें। ऐसी गोली दिन में दो बार (सुबह-शाम) हल्के गर्म पानी के साथ एक महीने तक लें। इससे बढ़ा हुआ लीवर बिल्कुल नॉर्मल हो जाता है और तीन दिन में ही एसिडिटी (अम्लपित्त) की समस्या भी खत्म होती है।
