Each day, salad/soup/veg & spinach stuffing in roti and sabzi for meals will be different.. Specific groups plz take care (exercise discretion) for eg. Moringa soup (drumstick leaves soup) is not suitable for pregnant women. Pumpkin in small portions is okay for diabetics,avoid large quantity.
