*Our process is simple yet effective:*
1.Grains are washed thoroughly
2.Grains are soaked in water for 12 hours
3.Water is drained using a cotton cloth and grains allowed to sprout for 48hrs.
4.The sprouted grains are sun dried for a two-three days(this is a challenging part, given namma bengaluru's weather)
5.Sprouted ragi is cleaned
6.Dry roasted and ground in a local mill(in Frazer Town,Bengaluru)
