On weekends, the place really comes to life, especially early in the mornings. You get the best of the farmers crops, seasonal fruits, flowers and green leafy vegetables. Fish stalls provide sea fish as well as freshwater edible fishes.There are at least 10 fish merchants and prices usually don't vary a lot. A good place to buy fish for the whole week for all the fish lovers. Not a great place to

bring your whole family and young children as it could get very crowded and messy. There are cows, autos, mopeds right inside the market adding to the chaos. But, the simple feeling of buying farm fresh vegetables, paying the villager his hard earned money than to a local mall, the sight and smell of a typical Indian market etc keeps us coming back to this place every weekend.
