Again another last minute order that was requested late this afternoon. Since this would be my last cake for the year and this cake was to mark the joy if the new year couldn't refuse the order. A black forest pastry that I did in just about 1.5 hours time. It was a last minute order for a cute little baby on her 1st year birthday. Though I wanted to make the cake more special and decorative, customer wanted all the wordings to be present on top of the cake rather than ant designs.
