Octopus tempura & annatto sour cream dipping sauce.My first taste of octopus was in Greece ,when I was 30 years old.Sitting in a restaurant in Crete,hundreds of octopi strung out on clotheslines as far as my eyes could see,gently waving in the breeze,such a beautiful sight,one of my most poignant food memories:).I'm guessing they were dry ageing it in the sun,which I do too now,for 3 whole days,but in a more controlled environment,my refrigerator.And all I can say is ,I wish I had tried it sooner,cos it is absolutely one of my most favourite seafoods ever! So if all those tentacles scare you,like they used to me,just trust me and take that first bite!You can thank me later!:)Happy weekend Instafam💚🥂 # glutenfree instagram #

Pizza.Edible flowers from my garden,gluten-free crust,homegrown tomatoes & lettuce leaf basil turned into a delicious sauce,mushrooms,corn & loads of cheese.Cant get more organic or healthy than this,sooo good👍Edible flowers are such wonderful SPICES! They're not only beautiful,but so flavorful and healthy too.For example,the lavender tubular flowers you see are society garlic flowers,they taste just like garlic and we all know how healthy and delicious garlic is!:)So yeah,my edible flower obsession continues!:) instagram #

Raspberry & blackberry waffles (gluten-free)with blueberry whipped cream.Sooo delish👌👍Berries are so difficult to find in Bangalore.The only fresh berries readily available at most Bangalore supermarkets are blueberries and strawberries , thus I'm really happy to have found . Although their berries are frozen,they are blast frozen individually and hence dont stick together or defrost into 1 big mush! The quality is top notch!👌They also sell a super delicious raspberry jam.And with Christmas creeping up on us,I'm definitely gonna be stocking up on their cranberries for my sauces and stuffings.Happy weekend guys 🥂💕 instagram #
