I am writing to report a serious issue regarding an Uber Parcel delivery that was assigned to one of your delivery partners. The parcel was picked up successfully, but it was never delivered to the intended recipient.
According to the tracking information, the driver marked the delivery as completed. However, the customer has confirmed that they never received the parcel. This raises a serious concern that the parcel may have been taken by the delivery partner instead of being delivered. I have attached the receipt sent by Uber.

I checked with your customer care and they suggested me to file a complaint with the legal authorities. If the onus and liability completely falls on us, what is Uber doing in terms of selecting the right delivery partner? This situation has caused inconvenience and financial loss. I kindly request that Uber investigate this matter immediately by reviewing the delivery records and contacting the driver involved.
Please also let me know the next steps regarding compensation for the lost parcel and how this issue will be resolved.
