Beginning something new always comes with a mix of excitement, nervousness, and quiet courage - especially when it carries the weight of a family legacy.

This initiative comes from a place very close to our hearts. We are Rajeshwari and Gayathri, taking forward a family tradition we have built our family with. Being around Girija Flour Mill, we saw firsthand the care, discipline, and responsibility that goes into serving everyday kitchens.

With gratitude for what has been passed on to us, we are taking forward that tradition - a mill trusted since *1890* - in our own way.

*RaGa Pudis* is our effort to bring those same traditional, everyday pudis to today’s kitchens, without changing the values they are built on.

We’re thankful to begin this journey with your support and goodwill.
