AILAJ condemns the broad daylight murder of advocate Muthukumar at Thoothukudi of Tamil Nadu.On 22.02.2023, adv. Muthukumar was murdered by anti social elements in front of the Thoothukudi collectorate.AILAJ condemns the incident of murder unequivocally
Assault or killing of advocates are a continuing phenomena either by anti social elements or by litigants of opposite parties or by police.AILAJ demands for enactment of a special law for the protection of lawyers.
We also call upon the advocate community to condemn the horrible murder of Advocate Muthukumar and also to unitedly fight for the enactment of special act for the protection of lawyers.
