🍲 Restaurant Style Mutton Beli Ram | Juicy & Flavorful Recipe 😍
Aaj main aapke saath share kar rahi hoon ek bahut hi delicious aur restaurant-style Mutton Beli Ram recipe jo bahut hi soft, juicy aur rich gravy wali banti hai 🤤
Is recipe mein maine simple ghar ke ingredients se mutton ko bahut hi flavorful banaya hai.

📝 Ingredients:

Mutton

Salt

Turmeric Powder

Ginger Garlic Paste

Oil

Desi Ghee

(Spices as per taste – red chilli, garam masala etc.)

👩‍🍳 Method:
Sabse pehle maine mutton ko achhe se wash kiya.
Phir usmein salt, turmeric powder aur ginger garlic paste add karke achhe se mix kiya aur marinate kar diya taki mutton andar tak flavour absorb kar le.
Uske baad pan mein oil aur desi ghee add kiya.
Jab oil thoda garam ho gaya, tab maine marinated mutton ko add karke achhe se cook kiya.
Slow cooking se mutton soft hota hai aur uska asli taste nikal kar aata hai 😍

Mutton ko achhe se marinate karna bahut zaruri hai

Desi ghee se taste aur bhi rich ho jata hai

Slow cooking se mutton zyada juicy banta hai
