DAY 23!
Have ever tried starfruit? this fruit is amazing in spanish is called "carambola"
It has very similar flavor of a green apple, but is juicier.
I did a good mix here.
2 starfruits or carambolas ripe (300 grs)
100 grs of fresh spinach
coconut water fill it up to make 1 Liter
Incredible fresh amazing. this is good.

DAY 22! ORANGE -STRAWBERRY ! Always good to start the day with juices!
mmmmmm refreshing! Ultimately I am playing with the light of the sun, Here in Bali is now 5 min sun, 5 min cloudy... is always beautiful, I love to take pictures.. eventually do a book with all the creations and details...
For this juice I used,
1.6 K tangerines or oranges
2 cups of strawberries
Squeeze oranges , juice the strawberries, all my juices make 1 liter

DAY 21! Pumpkin seed milk!
1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds.
1 vanilla pod, used just a bit ...
3 dates
2 1/2 cups water
Put all ingredients in blender either wait a while for everything to mix and grind well. Then schools may be in a colander or a fabric to make cheese.
This milk he has is that it is very cheap to do besides buy all your fresh pumpkin seeds used and get all the nutrition! this milk is very high in magnesium, zinc omega 3: D

DIA 19! Today not juices but ! ! mmmmm creamy
100 grs almonds soaked over night, discard water
6 dates soaked over night discard water
3 cups of filtered water
Start with the almond in the juicer add water, add dates, repeat.
Finish strain with a strainer , or use a cheese cloth.
