🌅 5 AM Happy Morning! Just landed at Rasipuram bus stand and stepped into a cozy local tea shop for my favorite sukku coffee. 😍 Eyes lit up seeing their amazing sprouts display—fresh green moong, kambu (pearl millet), and cholam (sorghum) sprouts bursting with life!

While food culture westernises rapidly at modern counters, these small village tea shops are turning healthier, greener, and more nutritious. Nutri-consciousness blooming everywhere! Loving this morning vibe.
