Yesterday i was talking to a leading marriage contracter who has more than 30yrs experience in this field and one of my premium customer, he started his career as a cook now crossed more than 100cr , he says that there a great future for this business, before they will have a cook for each family as tradition they only cook for the particular family , now due to IT growth , when people are getting married they simply call a contractor and booking him , for a marriage averagely 4lakhs they are charging , hopefully it seams to be a good business for youngsters :)
