*How We Make Pure Arrowroot Powder*

• Fresh arrowroot rhizomes are harvested and thoroughly washed
• Shade-dried for a day to loosen the outer skin
• Soaked and hand-rubbed further to remove the skin completely
• Clean roots are sliced or grated and then sun-dried

Not all wheat is the same. 🌾

Before the Green Revolution, India grew ancient wheat varieties for thousands of years. Today, most of them are nearly extinct, replaced by high-yield hybrids bred for quantity - not nutrition.

Paigambari wheat is one such traditional variety, known for:
• Lower Glycemic Index (~55)

Sabudana(Tapioca starch), today is being sold in packets is chemically treated to look unnaturally white and shiny.

What may be added to adulterated Sabudana:
- Bleaching chemicals (sodium/calcium hypochlorite)
- Industrial Conc. acids (phosphoric, sulphuric acid)
- Optical whiteners (Tinopal - used in detergents, textiles)
