This Ultimate Dorito Taco Salad is a fun twist on dinner! Itโ€™s quick, delicious, and perfect for busy weeknights or weekend get-togethers. ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŽ‰

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef, 1 package taco seasoning, 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup Dorito chips, crushed, 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions; simmer for a few minutes.
3. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and cooked beef mixture.
4. Add shredded cheddar cheese and crushed Dorito chips.
5. Drizzle with ranch dressing and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed, 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes (red or Yukon gold), halved or quartered, 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.

Get ready to spice up your dinner! These Mexican Stuffed Peppers are easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights. ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿฝ๏ธโค๏ธ

Ingredients:
2 lb ground beef, 6 large bell peppers, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 packages taco seasoning

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add taco seasoning to the meat mixture according to package directions.
4. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
5. Stuff each pepper with the beef mixture.
6. Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and cover with foil.
7. Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the peppers are tender.
8. Serve warm.

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, Salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 large onion, sliced

Directions:
1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sautรฉ until translucent.
2. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
3. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
4. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through.

Ingredients:
1 pound beef steak (such as flank or sirloin), sliced, 1 large onion, sliced, 1 bell pepper, sliced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon ginger, minced, Salt and pepper to taste, Cooked rice for serving

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and a bit of water to create a marinade. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
3. Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice.
