A classic, no-bake cheesecake that’s creamy, fuss-free, and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:
• Mooz Cream cheese (room temperature)
• Digestive biscuits
• Mooz unsalted butter (melted)
• Whipped cream
• Icing sugar
• Vanilla essence
Topping (optional):
• Fresh fruits of choice (or keep it classic)

Recipe:

Start by crushing the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter. Press this mixture into your base to form a firm crust.

In a bowl, take softened cream cheese (make sure it’s at room temperature for a smooth texture). Add whipped cream, icing sugar, and vanilla essence. Mix till it’s creamy, smooth, and lump-free.
Pour this mixture over your biscuit base and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate for a few hours until set.

Top it off with your favourite fruits—or enjoy it just as it is. Simple, creamy, and so satisfying.❤️

Tofu Filling:
• Oil
• Onion (chopped)
• Capsicum (chopped)
• Moose Masala Tofu
• Black pepper
• Taco seasoning/ Peri Peri
• Red chilli powder
• Salt

Pico de Gallo:
• Onion
• Tomato
• Lemon juice
• Coriander
• Salt

Assembly:
• Whole wheat tortilla
• Moose cheddar
• Prepared tofu filling
• Moos Jalapeño Sour cream
• ⁠Tortilla Chips
• Lettuce
• Avocado

Layer generously, fold into a wrap, and toast until perfectly golden and crisp. Every bite = crunch, flavour, and comfort 💥

Cancel your takeout order… your kitchen’s about to outdo it 🍊😌

Crispy tofu tossed in a sticky, glossy orange-soy sauce — sweet, savoury, citrusy and honestly addictive.

What you’ll need:
• Mooz plain tofu
• Cornstarch
• Salt & pepper
• Oil

For the orange-soy sauce:
• Fresh orange juice
• Soy sauce
• Sugar
• Pepper
• Orange zest
• Vinegar
• Garlic (finely chopped)
• Ginger (finely chopped)
• Spring onion

How to make:
1. Break tofu into bite-sized pieces.
2. Toss with salt, pepper & cornstarch.
3. Pan-fry in hot oil until nice and golden and crispy. Set aside.
4. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, orange zest & vinegar.
5. In the same pan, add ginger, garlic, spring onion and then the sauce. Let it simmer till it’s glossy and slightly thick.
6. Add the crispy tofu back in and toss really well so every piece is coated.

Serve hot with rice (or noodles) and try not to finish it straight out of the pan 👀

Believe us when we say this, tofu is reaalllyyy underrated, but if you’re ready to give it a try, we’re here to help you build your trust with it. It’s 2026, you gotta show your love with food, just like the old times. Food is and will remain the ultimate language of love. Go make this one for somebody you want to express your gratitude for (If you’re vegetarian, you can try the same recipe with our Mooz vegetable tofu ☺️🫶🏻)

Ingredients-
Chicken recipe
- 250g chicken boneless
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 pepper & salt
- Mooz Fresh Mozzarella

- Sauce
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 small onion 🧅
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 🫚 🧄
- 2 small tomato 🍅
- Seasoning (salt + pepper- 1/4 tsp each)
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions-
- In a hot pan, add 1 tsp oil to cook the chicken and add in the seasoning 🧂
- Cook each side for 3-4 mins
- Add the butter afterwards, and coat the chicken in golden butter 🧈
- For the sauce, heat the oil in the pan and add in the onions and ginger garlic paste
- Sautee the onions till translucent
- Add in the tomatoes along with the seasoning and cook till its softens (this will take about 10 mins)
- Add in the hot water and let that reduce a bit
- Once the sauce thickens a bit, add in the chicken
- Place the star of the dish on top of the chicken, the thin slices of Mooz Fresh Mozzarella.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 mins, till the cheese melts and it’s ready! 🙋🏻‍♀️
