A “Hole-in-One” weekend at the studio!
We spent the last few days on the greens—sugar-coated ones, that is. Two custom golf cakes with detailed toppers went out this week.

I spent hours on the tiny details that the camera missed. A reminder that the best parts of edible art are often the ones you see (and taste) in person.

This was an eggless cake with vanilla cake, vanilla mascarpone mousse filling and strawberry compote in the upper tier and our signature chocolate with salted caramel for the bottom tier.
