And one day an MBA from the America decided to give into his passions, he loved to make pickles. But he was one of those rare health conscious bingers, and so were his recipes - not over done, keeping the old grandma fragrance and taste alive and fresh. The little farm Co was found in Madhya Pradesh - amidst pure water and fresh air. The learned farmer kept his crop away from any preservatives and additives, always and forever. For he is a healthy binger with ultra strong taste buds.

Soft pink coconut ladoos with a surprise gulkand filling 🌸🥥

Roast desiccated coconut, powdered sugar & milk powder until aromatic. Add milk for the perfect texture, mix in a little pink food colour and ghee, then let it cool.

For the filling, combine chopped cashews, almonds (or any dry fruits you love) with gulkand.

Grease your palms with ghee, shape the coconut mixture into a ball, make a small cavity, add the gulkand filling, seal it, roll it into a ladoo, and finish with a coating of desiccated coconut.

Every bite is soft, creamy & filled with a sweet rose-flavoured surprise 💕
