Ingredients
1 large tortilla (plain or whole wheat)
2–3 tbsp THE GOODNESS IN UR LIFE CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER
1 banana
1 tsp honey or chocolate drizzle (optional)
Method
Lay the tortilla flat and spread peanut butter evenly all over.
Place the peeled banana along one edge of the tortilla.
Roll it tightly like a sushi roll.
Chill for 10–15 minutes for cleaner slices.
