We would like our customers to acknowledge a few characteristics of our products.
1. Chemical free items might be unevenly shaped, might not be very shiny or big and will vary with individual product. But we guarantee freshness at the time of delivery.
Chemical Free items does not mean perfect looks as it doesn't rely on artificial growth promoters or chemicals to enhance physical appeal. The vegetables look like nature intended them to, in some cases the vegetables will look no different than
a chemically grown vegetable.
2. There might be slight variations in color, size, and taste over the seasons of the vegetable. Again, it is because the characteristics of the vegetable can change with the weather.
3. On rare occasions, customers might find a bug or two inside a vegetable. We are not referring to a big bug that has eaten a chunk of a vegetable, but a small bug inside a cucumber, or a piece of brinjal. This will not happen very frequently, but can happen once in a hundred products. This is actually proof it is chemical free! A simple solution is to cut away the part with the little insects and use the rest. To be safe, you can boil the vegetable well. Ask your mother, granny and aunts, they’ll tell you this was not unusual until the 90’s and adopted chemical pesticides and insecticides.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Our simple and hassle free returns and refund policy:
1. At the time of delivery, you can return whatever you are not happy with and we will make the necessary adjustments to your order value.
2. If an item is returned due to a change in mind, or a reason other than the quality of the product, you will be assessed an additional delivery fee (₹20 - ₹40).
3. In case of an item’s return and if you have pre-paid for the same, a refund will be processed through your mode of transaction or through our delivery team.
4. For a particular item, a partial return is not possible.
For example, if you are unhappy with 2 pieces of cucumber out of a set of 5, you will have to return all 5 pieces.
5. Please inform us of your complaints in time! We are not able to refund or replace any items which have been kept beyond a period of 12 hours, in case of perishable items; and beyond their expiry date in case of non-perishable items, but haven’t been notified to us.
Complaints and Queries on Quality:
1. Complaints should be raised within 12 hours from the time of delivery.
2. For complaints and queries we receive after the delivery pertaining to quality issues, a refund or replacement will be offered the next day.
3. Complaints received within 12 hours of delivery for fresh items (fruits and vegetables) will be handled on a case by case basis because of the difference in the shelf life span of the different items.
4. We guarantee freshness on all our products at the time of delivery, so we encourage people to send in complaints at the time of delivery, or soon after, so that refunds or replacement can be easily processed.
Cancellation Policy:
1. You, as a customer, can cancel your order within 2 hours for same day delivery and within 12 hours for next day delivery by calling our customer service on +918971089938. In a viable and eligible case, we will refund any prepaid payments already made by you for the order.
2. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies our terms & conditions, we, at our sole discretion, can cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
3. If there are changes in the delivery you requested or need to add more products, you need to edit your order by calling customer care on +918971089938 before we dispatch your delivery from our warehouse.
Shipping policy:
1. We operate in the Greater Imphal area only and we will be expanding in the near future.
2. Your orders will be sent out for delivery once all the orders in the same route gets packed for delivery
