Mangoes are generally harvested at physiologically mature stage and ripened for optimum quality. Fruits are hand picked or plucked with a harvester. During harvesting, the latex trickles down the fruit surface from the point of detachment imparting a shabby appearance to it upon storage.

We at Kale Farm Introduce a Purely homemade Desi Ghee & which is free from preservatives and chemical additives for colour or flavour.

Its 100% Natural ghee prepared traditionally from A2 milk to cream then hand-churn the curd to butter and then boil to ghee.

Our ghee is sourced from Grass-fed Cows who are in mukta sanchar gotha . No artificial growth hormones or antibiotics in cows. We don't have bulk stock. It is prepared as per demand so there is no stocking.
