Some Glimpses of International Millet year 2023 program which was organized at Lawani, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani by NABARD. It was very enlightening and effective program which was attended by progressive farmers, Scientists, Agriculture officers and Agriculture extension workers.

The millets have been given a new identity by naming them 'Shree Anna', also described as the mother of all grains.

Special thanks to DDM Madhubani Mr. Sumit Kumar Sir for organizing such a successful program for Farmers and for taking so much of effort.

Speakers includes Mr. Sudhir Das ji (Senior Scientist, KVK Sukhet, Madhubani), Mr. Amarjeet Kumar (Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer, Madhubani), Agriculturist Mr. Ajay Kumar, Mr. Pranav Prakash (CBBO, IGS), Prateek Pushkar (Pandaul FPC), Praveen Kumar (Jhanjharpur FPC).

किसानों ने खेती किसानी के जुड़े कुछ मुद्दों पर विचार विमर्श किया एवं आने वाले रबी सीजन को ध्यान में रखते हुए व्यापार सम्बंधित कार्ययोजना पर मंथन किया.

आज के मीटिंग में सरकार द्वारा किसानों के लिए चलाए जा रहे योजनाओं पर किसानों को जागरूक किया गया, खास कर के KCC और PMEGP, गृह उद्योग और अपने उत्पाद की मार्केटिंग पर जोर दिया गया. प्राकृतिक, हर्बल, मेडिसिनल फार्मिंग पर भी किसानों ने कार्य करने का संकल्प लिया| झंझारपुर एग्रो प्रोडूसर कंपनी किसानों को उचित मूल्य पर खाद बीज, कीटनाशक, उत्पाद के लिए बाज़ार, एवं प्रोसेसिंग और उद्योग स्थापित कर किसानों के आय में वृद्धि के लिए संकल्पित है |

The Meeting started with the insightful inputs from DDM Nabard, Madhubani and Thank you sincerely DDM Sir for your kind visit as It means a lot for all of our BODs that you took time to come by.

Jhanjharpur Agro Producer company also discussed on the business opportunity for the coming season and business plan for the year and strategies to achieve the same.

Jhanjharpur Agro Producer Company Ltd also discussed on the various intervention that FPC need to do at various levels of the value chain to enhance the capacity of the members as well as to increase the income of the Farmer.

Some time also spent at MBA Chai Wala, Darbhanga outlet and observed the marketing techniques and passion towards work which leads to success. Our Member Farmers felt very nice visiting there and last but not the least there Chai and ambience both are awesome. Very mesmerizing chai. Hope someday roasted healthy makhana will accompany Chai Mr. Prafull Billore and Thanks Prince ji of MBA Chai Wala, Darbhanga.

Our FPC is engaged in Cultivation, processing and value addition of Makhana.
