Have a super energized start to your day with protein-rich Adai Dosa that’s far more exciting, filling, and healthier than regular dosas. Anusri Adai Dosa batter is made from a selected mix of raw rice, tur dal, chana dal, whole black urad dal, and fortified with the goodness of coconut, curry leaves, and spices. An Adai Dosa is usually prepared for breakfast but can be had any time of the day.
You can make it healthier by adding chopped onion and tomato, grated carrot, shredded cabbage, and even chopped drumstick leaves. Round it off with some fresh coconut chutney, spicy molgapodi, or a chunk of jaggery.
