Premium quality handcrafted chocolates, manufactured by employing international techniques, maintaining commercial hygiene and using imported raw material and equipment, the food technologist who passionately prepares this chocolate is the mastermind behind this concept and is also a certified Sensory Panelist by the CFTRI. This journey began in 2008, by falling permanently in love with dark chocolates, chocolate rocks and couvertures. Somewhere along the way, soft filling methods were discovered and then there was no looking back. Today, Angel Of Chocolates boasts of a loyal clientele, who root for our couvertures and soft filled chocolate collection - RASA - anytime, anywhere.
The RASA collection has had a huge fan following since it was launched and year on year, the craze for RASA crosses its own benchmark, with the best selling flavours being: Paan, Elaichi ganache, ganache-berries, white-ganache, our signature cappuccino, soon to be launched strawberry, orange and the seasonal yet quintessential mango flavours.
