• Selecting a vendor
First, we conduct a thorough vendor evaluation across the requested product range to ensure that the suppliers have HACCP/EU/FDA/IFS/ISO 9000, and other required international certification. We also ensure the facilities are up to our Quality and Internal Audit Standards.
• Product appraisals
Once the vendor is selected, a series of product appraisals are conducted so as to match our client’s specification prior to shipment.
• R&D and Quality Assurance
At the same time, we have a specialized R&D team investigating any new opportunities for that particular market. Once an order is placed, our strict Quality Assurance process also begins.
• Departmental process
Our different departments take care of specialised processes. Quality Control – Ensures all Food Safety standards are adhered to at every level. Operations – Reviews and plans daily operations and logistics. HACCP & Audits – Review of quality policy implementation within each supplier. Documentation – Supervises and co-ordinates all exports with custom / shipping lines/ buyers and suppliers. Through physical inspection is done at the initial stage itself, where all materials that come in are checked using strict parameters. Online Inspection
This involves a check based on weight, quality, marking day codes, acceptance or rejection during processing. Finished Product Inspection
Once the production is completed, minute scrutiny is done so that it meets all quality standards. All our QA personnel are well acquainted with the current EEC, FDA, AQIS, BRC, IFC, HACCP, Codex Alimentarius and SABS guidelines. Third Party Inspection
We conduct a third party final inspection from a reputed agency when the container is being loaded just to ensure our commitment to excellence that the highest standard of quality is maintained. Quality Assurance Dossier
