Process of Making Ghee - It is not just that the Bilona Method is important; it is also important as to how one uses this method.
Nowadays, ghee is manufactured in many unconventional ways.
But we even today follow the traditional process and methods, and churn out butter early in the morning before sunrise and heat the butter only after sunset. Whole A2 Milk (nothing – not even the cream is removed from the milk) is used, and it is coagulated in earthen pots to make curd, which is churned
manually to obtain A2 / Desi Makkhan; thereafter, the Makkhan is heated in earthen pots using Desi Chullah / native stove where dry logs of wood and Gir Gav Gobar / Cow dung are used as fuel. In this way, we finally obtain our Pure Nutritious Liquid Gold-Gir Ghee.
