Five years back, was the time when I was facing multiple health issues, running from one specialist to another and finally one day Drs from different departments declared no cure of the ailments. It implied that I had to live with my problems and medication for the rest of my life. I choose to call that phase of my life as the beginning of a new journey where 'alternate lifestyle and food with no
medication was introduced to me’. But I certainly had no option but to atleast try out what was suggested. And to my surprise, I started getting positive results. I got almost addicted to finding more about these alternatives to modern day medicine. Over these five years, I met experts from different fields, discussed, debated, followed their practices. Adopted some and denied some other which has resulted me a healthy soul and body. That's my story to health and also the inspiration behind
