Most preferred and loved Morning Breakfast 🌞- soft pillowy Idlis. They absolutely melt in your mouth.

I tried them for the first time and they really turned out well and were absolutely delicious😋. This recipe does not requires batter to be prepared 8 hours in advance.

In Frame :-

Each delicacy has its special powers to make you want for more. This indicates that wherever you choose to land in India, a thali awaits you.

Traditionally a Gujarati thali comprise of rotli, kadhi or dal, rice, and shaak/sabzi. Gujarati dishes usually have a very subtle taste that makes it truly distinct from other Indian cuisines. On special occasions or festivals we witness dozens of items in a Gujarati thali including a variety of and (mithais) / (sweet dishes).

Here is my Gujarati Thali with all special dishes that would make any food lover drool over.

🍲 - Traditional Gujarati specialty of mixed unique vegetables served with Ghee smeared 🍪Phulkas.

🧆 , Khandvi – The part I look forward to – the farsan is a must in any Gujrati Thali. Usually a thali always has 2 or more farsan.

🍚Kadhi & Rice - It is a delight to eat. Gujarati Kadhi with Steamed Rice.

🍨Gulajamun, Shrikhand – No Gujarati thali can be complete without the mishhthan(dessert). Indulge your sweet tooth with some Shrikhand and Gulab Jamun

Each delicacy has its special powers to make you want for more. This indicates that wherever you choose to land in India, a thali awaits you.

In Frame :-

It's a traditional Winter special Gujarati delicacy cooked in an authentic blend of rich and aromatic spices.
Undhiyu is a special gujarati dish made with medley of tubers and veggies like, purple yam, sweet and regular potatoes, green beans, eggplants, etc. The clay pot is filled with veggies and spices. Then, the pot is buried in a large underground furnace covered by a pile of dried leaves which are set alight.
All Gujratis on the day Uttrayan love to eat Undhiyu. Undhiyu, Poori and Shrikhand is the classic combination majorly found on Winter Sundays in most of Gujrati homes.
