is a Dairy and Hospitality business started in 1976 by the Aga’s, Bhathena’s and Chinoy’s (hence the A.B.C. in the name). 40 years later the business is owned and run by Sohrab Chinoy and his family. The brand with its trademark logo of the happy cow is most popular for its multi cuisine restaurants at the Koregaon Park property in Pune. ABC is also a premier manufacturer and retail seller of milk

and milk products - specializing in the manufacture of many different varieties of cheese. Our main theme here at ABC is “where health meets lifestyle”. We do not use any chemical preservatives in our products and everything is completely natural and organic. Even at our farm we practice organic farming and grow our own rice wheat and many different types of herbs. All the cheeses manufactured at ABC are made using vegetarian rennet and are completely vegetarian in keeping with the Indian sentiment. Besides the dairy farm and the specialty restaurants, ABC Farms also has as an Ayurvedic Centre and Spa in Pune, a Resort in Goa which also houses an Italian restaurant. The latest addition is a getaway tucked into the green hills of Bhivri where adventure sports and corporate getaways will be held in their reassembled 300 year Wooden Kerela homes and other facilities. At the eco village in Bhivri hills, farm plots are being developed as well.

Build your own cheeseboard with ABC Farms!

For this we experimented with seasonal South Asian flavours and came up with some lip-smacking pairings.

We used our Monterey Jack for a spicy Ema Datshi Dip inspired by the Bhutanese dish. We made caramelised sambar onion jam to enjoy with Edam, Gouda and Camembert, some fresh mango salad over our Smoked Gouda with lemon juice. We also decorated the board with sides like, muruku, nachni sticks, mango barfi, bacon and papdi.
