🌿 Another Milestone for Gramajanya! 🌿

Gramajanya Farmers Producer Company Limited proudly inaugurated its Modern Cold Storage Facility, marking a significant step towards strengthening post-harvest infrastructure for farmers and food businesses in the region.

The facility was inaugurated by Hon'ble MLC Shri Kishore Kumar, who lit the ceremonial lamp and officially dedicated the cold storage to the public.

On this occasion, the first customers of the facility, Abhijnana Foods (Nitya Chapathi) and Pingara Farmers Producer Company, were felicitated. Shri Keshava Prasad Muliya, who first highlighted the need for a cold storage facility in Puttur during the Jackfruit Mela, was also honoured for his vision and encouragement.

The cold storage is designed to benefit farmers, food processors, fruit and vegetable traders, bakeries, juice centres, florists, hotels and other businesses by ensuring safe, hygienic and temperature-controlled storage.

We sincerely thank all our dignitaries, directors, members, staff, customers, farmers and well-wishers for making this milestone a grand success.

ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯ ರೈತ ಉತ್ಪಾದಕ ಕಂಪನಿ ನಿಯಮಿತದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾದ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಶೈತ್ಯಾಗಾರ ಇಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕಿಶೋರ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ದೀಪ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೈತ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ದ್ವಾರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೈತ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಾದ ಅಭಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಫುಡ್ಸ್ (ನಿತ್ಯ ಚಪಾತಿ) ಹಾಗೂ ಪಿಂಗಾರ ರೈತ ಉತ್ಪಾದಕ ಕಂಪನಿಯನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪುತ್ತೂರಿಗೆ ಶೈತ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೇಶವ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಮುಳಿಯ ಅವರನ್ನೂ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಶೈತ್ಯಾಗಾರವು ರೈತರು, ಆಹಾರ ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣಾ ಘಟಕಗಳು, ಹಣ್ಣು-ತರಕಾರಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳು, ಬೇಕರಿಗಳು, ಜ್ಯೂಸ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು, ಹೂವಿನ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳು, ಹೋಟೆಲ್‌ಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶೈತ್ಯ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಿದೆ.

Gramajanya Recognised at SBI SMART Agri Customers Meet

Gramajanya Farmers Producer Company Ltd., Puttur, proudly participated in the SBI SMART Agri Customers Meet 2026 held at Chikkamagaluru.

On this occasion, Gramajanya was recognised by the State Bank of India for its achievements in establishing an Advanced Honey Processing Plant and a Modern Food Testing Laboratory at Puttur, Dakshina Kannada, with financial assistance from SBI.

As a gesture of gratitude, Gramajanya handed over a specially curated Premium Honey Gift Box, containing different varieties of natural honey produced by our farmer members, to Mr. Krishna Mohan M, Deputy General Manager (Agri Finance), SBI, Mangaluru.

We express our sincere thanks to SBI for its continued support in strengthening farmer-led enterprises and promoting sustainable rural entrepreneurship.

ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಎಸ್‌ಬಿಐ SMART Agri Customers Meet 2026 ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯ ಫಾರ್ಮರ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರೊಡ್ಯೂಸರ್ ಕಂಪನಿ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್, ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿತು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪುತ್ತೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ಜೇನು ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣಾ ಘಟಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಧುನಿಕ ಆಹಾರ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರುವ ಸಾಧನೆಗಾಗಿ, ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಿದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ (SBI) ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಎಸ್‌ಬಿಐ ನೀಡಿದ ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿ, ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯದ ರೈತ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸಿದ ವಿವಿಧ ಬಗೆಯ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಜೇನುತುಪ್ಪಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ವಿಶೇಷ ಹನಿ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಬಾಕ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಎಸ್‌ಬಿಐ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಲಯದ ಕೃಷಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವಿಭಾಗದ ಉಪ ಮಹಾಪ್ರಬಂಧಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮೋಹನ್ ಎಂ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರೈತ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಎಸ್‌ಬಿಐಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಗಳು.

ಈ ಗೌರವವು ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯದ 1000ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ರೈತ ಷೇರುದಾರರು, ಜೇನು ಸಾಕಣೆದಾರರು, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿತೈಷಿಗಳ ಸಮೂಹ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದ ಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಹಲಸುಮೇಳದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯ ಸ್ಟಾಲ್‌ಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ ಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕಿಶೋರ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಬೋಟ್ಯಾಡಿಯವರು ವಿವಿಧ ಬಗೆಯ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಜೇನುತುಪ್ಪಗಳ ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ಕಾಂಬೊ ಪ್ಯಾಕ್ ಖರೀದಿಸಿ, ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯದ ರೈತಪರ ಕಾರ್ಯಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ರೈತರಿಂದ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾದ ಶುದ್ಧ ಜೇನುತುಪ್ಪ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ಧಿತ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ತುಂಬಿದೆ.

It was a proud moment to share the journey of Gramajanya at the World Bee Day program organized at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bengaluru.

What started as a small farmer dream is slowly evolving into a farmer-owned honey processing, quality testing and value-addition ecosystem.

We are still in the learning stage… but we strongly believe rural India can build globally respected farmer-owned brands.



ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯದ ಪಯಣವನ್ನು ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವ ಜೇನು ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ದೊರೆತದ್ದು ಸಂತಸದ ಕ್ಷಣ.

ಸಣ್ಣ ಕನಸಿನಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಇಂದು ರೈತ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಜೇನು ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣೆ, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ಧಿತ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ದಿಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

Gramajanya Farmers Producer Company
We were honoured to welcome Mrs. Sangeetha Kartha, District Development Manager (DDM), NABARD – Mangaluru, to the Gramajanya Farmers Producer Company Honey Processing Facility today.

During the visit, we had a meaningful discussion on strengthening honey branding for the South Canara and Malnad region, highlighting the unique potential of our region’s natural honey. We also explored the possibilities of bamboo as an alternative and sustainable crop for plantation growers, which could support diversified farmer income and ecological balance.

We thank NABARD for their continued support in empowering farmer producer organisations and sustainable rural livelihoods.



ಇಂದು ನಾಬಾರ್ಡ್ (NABARD) ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕಿ (DDM) ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸಂಗೀತಾ ಕಾರ್ತಾ ಅವರು ಗ್ರಾಮಜನ್ಯ ಫಾರ್ಮರ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರೊಡ್ಯೂಸರ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಜೇನು ಪ್ರೊಸೆಸಿಂಗ್ ಘಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಮಲ್ನಾಡು ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಹನಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಬ್ರಾಂಡಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಹನಿಯ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟತೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕಾ ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಬಿದಿರನ್ನು ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಿರ ಆದಾಯ ನೀಡುವ ಬೆಳೆಯಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಹ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ರೈತರ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಾಬಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.
