At Gud Junction we are very cautious about choosing
the right sugarcane for the jaggery manufacturing and we tend to follow standard food industry norms, like using SS 304 equipment, high level of hygiene, good quality control system. While manufacturing jaggery we do not use any chemical for juice clarification or any sort of color to enhance product appearance. Jaggery is manufactured just like traditional way, over the flame heat which allows the right temperature for jaggery manufacturing and you get tradition Jaggery taste. After Manufacturing we reduce the Jaggery moisture level in our storage area, and pack at right moisture level and we do not add any preservative.
