Aside from getting covid the last leg of the cruise 😞 it was an experience to see the “final frontier,” some whales, and a glacier 🐳

Well, exactly 21 days later I'm finally getting around to acknowledging my 21st birthday 🥂🤩

After going on a cruise, getting covid, and family visiting for a week, I’m finally just catching up with the crazy hectic life I live so don’t judge too hard!

Here’s my annual recap :

In the past 19 years I
• started college at 13 📚
• started working at 14
• got two associate’s degrees at 15
• bought a car with cash at 16 🚗
• worked 3 jobs 16-18
• had 2 internships (+ the jobs) at 17
• got my bachelor’s at 17
• wrote a novel in 3 days at 17
• moved from OH -> WV -> TX -> WA at 18
• became a licensed realtor at 18 🏡
• property managed an RV at 18
• did 4 house flips with hard money at 19
• started 3 businesses at 19 📈
• helped 16 families buy/sell real estate at 19

And this past year I…

• bought 2 more houses with my OWN cash (which is HUGE to finally get out of the hard money game) 🤑

• Shut down 2 of my business partnerships (sometimes it’s better to not have partners)

• Started learning how to run a dance studio (a dream starts with baby steps and teaching 5-12 year olds taught me so much) 🪩

• Got my insurance license on a whim and decided I don’t like insurance (not really an accomplishment but I’m learning sometimes quitting is okay)

• Continued kicking butt at selling real estate and did 47 transactions 🏡

Now I’m 21… let’s see what happens 🙂

Working on this trailer has been a *humbling* experience but ultimately super rewarding!!

So many people buy houses but I’m here to buy your trailers (and also houses 😉)! Must be on leased land or property, not able to move them, and must need work. Send me your trailers! Or someone you know who wants to sell their trailer!! I’ll pay cash! 🏡
